oogwave concept

A simple and intuitive cloud application, to tear down the walls between parts of your company and get everyone working better together. Your own private network to manage files , documents,pictures,friends and projects.

Oogwave intended to help students, freelancers, small business, project group or even an individual to get organized and collaborate effectively with their colleagues.

Here is the snapshot of the underlying concept on which Oogwave is built.

Oogwave suggest workgroups creation based on the following.

1. If you are part of a small company, you can create your company as one group and restricts access based on designation and departments.
2. If you are part of a project or an event team, you can create a workgroup for your team and once the project or event is done, delete the workgroup.
3. If you are a student, you can create a workgroup for your project or event.
4. You can also create a workgroup as a personal group to interact with your close friends and share thoughts, pictures or plans within the group.

You can create multiple workgroups with different or common set of people. This allows you to work with multiple teams or project with single user ID, and keep all your personal data across the workgroup same.

On login your default workspace and related content is loaded. You can use the option to change your current workgroup. Alternatively you can change workgroup on each application screen also. The option is available on the right side of application window top bar.
